He explains everything clearly and is very upfront about rules, traditions and costs. He is very attentive and promptly responds to inquiries and is very accommodating. During this most difficult time, he truly helped make this process as easy as possible and it turned out beautifully. From helping obtain death certificates, securing a priest, promptly updating the obituary page, creating heartfelt prayer cards, recommending florists and venues that worked out perfect, putting up a touching slideshow and having the service live-streamed for those unable to attend and then supplying thank you cards…the list goes on. I am very grateful that we chose the right place to work with during such a rough and emotional time.
