Second, the inside of this place was very pristine and clean, plus a lot bigger than what it appears on the outside! So, I gave my thumbs up to the rest of the family and we had no regrets using this funeral home for my Dad’s service. Ron has been in this business for about 20 years and his knowledge and expertise really showed that. He discussed everything from start to finish and was very transparent with costs and what his services covered. He even recommended flower shops and even several local banquet halls for our after service luncheon. The places we used were both affordable and great choices too! The 5 star ratings accurately reflects the experience you will have working with Ron. From beginning to end, he is top notch and helps make the arrangements as seamless as possible. He explains everything clearly and is very upfront about rules, traditions and costs. He is very attentive and promptly responds to inquiries and is very accommodating. During this most difficult time, he truly helped make this process as easy as possible and it turned out beautifully. From helping obtain death certificates, securing a priest, promptly updating the obituary page, creating heartfelt prayer cards, recommending florists and venues that worked out perfect, putting up a touching slideshow and having the service live-streamed for those unable to attend and then supplying thank you cards…the list goes on. I am very grateful that we chose the right place to work with during such a rough and emotional time.
